Better Dreaming, and clearer understand about what dreams aren’t. Versus what they are. Together, we’ve been pursuing this knowledge in our monthly series. Today we conclude with practical tips. Hardly the same-old, same-old ideas you’ll likely to learn from today’s Enlightenment Establishment.

How come? Because my work with clients and students involves exploring what’s happening to them humanly . . .  in consciousness. Cocreating with Divine Beings, as is standard in the field of Energy Spirituality®. For example, some of the new-to-you ideas offered here — well, they have only become available as a result of using advanced skills of energetic literacy.  Namely, aura reading skills that you may never have seen before, at least until you read the article just provided.)

Better Dreaming. 7 Tips from Energy Spirituality #1

Sure, honoring your body is key to falling asleep, then sleeping well. Already you know this: If you take reasonably good care of your body, you can improve your health overall. But what isn’t so well known?

You Can’t Easily FALL Asleep at Bedtime Unless You’re IN Your Body

In terms of consciousness, you can’t “fall” asleep if you’re not already in your body. Being in your body is the starting position for “falling” asleep.

That is, having appropriate body awareness is the basis for this kind of “falling.” How can you develop that habit in the first place?

For most of us, appropriate body awareness results from positioning our awareness at Human Vibrational Frequencies. Rather than, say, at Astral Vibrational Frequencies.

Hey, I know that thinking about energy is as far as most people have gone so far. But in the Age of Awakening, we need something more precise than vibing on energies.  Altogether there are Three Vibrational Frequencies for human experience. Admittedly, this isn’t common knowledge yet. It can become your knowledge, though.

More thought leaders — like you? — are needed to spread the word about vibrational frequencies.

TIP to Fall Asleep More Easily and Dream Well

Habitually pay attention to sensations in your body. “Appropriate attention” means this. You simply pay a bit of attention from time to time. That’s all it takes for most people to develop a reasonable degree of physical self-awareness.

Not like hypochondria. And no, this is not the same thing as noticing energies in your physical body.

  • Noticing your body positions your consciousness at HUMAN Vibrational Frequencies.
  • Whereas noticing energy positions your consciousness at ASTRAL Vibrational Frequencies.

What if you’re not yet clear about the difference between noticing energies and noticing physical sensations in your body? COMMENT below and ask.

Physical Self-Awareness Need Not Be Complicated

Remember, all we’re talking about here is a bit of physical self-awareness. Basically, you can’t FALL asleep if, in the first place, you’re not in your body. Some folks naturally pay that bit of attention. Others do not, but we can learn the knack. Then we’re set.

For instance, author James Joyce famously wrote this:

Mr. Duffy lived a short distance from his body.

What if you’re among those who don’t pay much attention to your physical self — other than dressing it cute? I would recommend scheduling a personal session of Energy Spirituality Enlightenment Coaching. (BTW “Enlightenment” simply means using your full potential in life.)

There may be many reasons for this problem, and the point is to have a session that can help YOU. Note: I can’t guarantee results for sleep and dreaming or — for that matter — a more enjoyable experience when you’re awake. However, when I facilitate regular sessions of Energy Spirituality, early on, usually I do a brief Skilled Empath Merge. 

This informs me about kinds of STUFF that might be in your aura. Forms of STUFF in auras that can be healed during your session: And this is a kind of assistance not duplicated by psychotherapy, life coaching, meditation classes, or other specialties of today’s Enlightenment Establishment.  By contrast, Energy Spirituality sessions can include targeted energy healing.

Honor Your Mind

In particular, for better dreaming, honor the Storehouse of Energetic Holograms within your mind.

Don’t fill this up with scary or violent imagery from streaming entertainment. Or certain edgy kinds of music. This input can make it hard to fall asleep, or to stay asleep. Fear-provoking “entertainment” lingers after you turn off the show. The impact stays just on the tip of your tongue — or your subconscious mind, to be more precise. That inner “Ick!” can make it hard for anybody to sleep restfully.

As for dreams? What a mess can assault your senses, due to totally optional imagery you have put there.

Regarding your Storehouse of Energetic Holograms, whatever you put in there won’t go away. Not for the rest of your life. So please, stop streaming “entertainment” about zombies and weirdos. Don’t go to movies that glorify killing and revenge.

TIP: Your subconscious mind is not a garbage can. Why treat it that way?

In short, how can your mind help you with better sleep and dreaming? Starting now, use discernment regarding what you feed your subconscious mind in the form of “entertainment.”

Honor Your Intellect

Of course, whenever you lay down to sleep and dream, you also bring along your intellect. Currently, your intellect may be so overworked that you have a lot of trouble falling asleep. If worrying counted, you could do nearly eight hours of that. However, worry is not a legitimate substitute for sleep.

Likewise, problems with the use of your intellect can distort dreaming. Such as what you remember from last night’s dreams when you wake up. Also, how strongly you may feel that you NEED prophetic dreams to rescue you from life’s problems.

In this series, we’ve covered many reasons for intellectual confusion about dreams. While today’s article has a practical emphasis: Don’t overwork your magnificent intellect.

You Read that Right. OVERWORK Your Intellect

Here comes a short list of choices you can make. Choices that will help you to avoid overworking your intellect. Yes, call them tips if you like:

  1. Avoid phone addiction. And/or TikTok addiction.
  2. Stop straining your intellect by doing common forms of multitasking.
  3. For pity’s sake, stop contributing to society’s Collective Attention Deficit Disorder.

Each of these three links just provided has a practical focus. Benefit from leading-edge articles aiming to help you overcome problems that can overwork your intellect.

Honor Your Emotions

  • Express your strong emotions during the day. Usually do this when alone, of course!
  • Also learn practical skills to handle conflict. Plus simple skills for fighting fair.
  • Otherwise, emotional drama can distort your night’s dreaming.

Note: I’ve helped many an Energy Spirituality to improve how they do all this. Teaching them only during personal sessions, in order to teach them effectively.

In addition, sometimes personal sessions can help with removing STUFF from that client’s aura. STUFF that previously made it impossible to learn those skills.

Now? Possible to learn all this? Sure.

TIP: Don’t just read about these possibilities. If they appeal to you, book a personal session of Energy Spirituality.

Now, for Better Dreaming, What NOT to Do

Such an important tip follows. This tip applies to your waking hours.

Don’t Analyze Your Emotions. Or Try to Control Them 

Sadly, if you work on yourself in these ways, guess what? You’re setting yourself back. Rather than propelling yourself forward.

Sure, today’s Enlightenment Establishment will tell you otherwise. Yet these experts sure aren’t experts at researching what happns at the level of chakra databanks.

Researching my clients’ chakra databanks, I can tell when somebody has been doing a lot of this unproductive kind of self-help. (Here let’s distinguish between sessions with an effective psychotherapist versus working your emotions on an ongoing basis, as if relentlessly  attrying to be your own therapist.)

Patterns of effort and straining are the result. Patterns that show clearly at the subconscious-and-energetic level of chakra databanks.

You won’t succeed at fully controlling yourself emotionally. Unless you count it as success . . . to mess with your spontaneous flow of emotions. How foolish it is, trying to control what cannot be controlled.

And rest assured — play on words intended . . . .

Habits of Overworking Yourself Emotionally DO Spill over into Dreaming

And into sleeping. Including problems that interfere with falling asleep in the first place. Since these misplaced efforts at emotional control do not concern the CONTENT of your insights. Working on your emotions results in a habitual PROCESS that cannot succeed. (Unless you count it as a good thing, to distort your sleep and dreaming.)

My tip here is CUT THAT OUT. Such an example of a cure that is worse than the disease!

Honor Your Soul 

Here’s to your soul! “Soul” means your unique individuality for this lifetime. Living now, in the Age of Awakening, your soul expression matters far more than it did during the bygone Age of Faith.

Energy Spirituality emphasizes helping you to live with a fuller soul expression. COMMENT below if you have any stories or questions about that.

Remember, you can always use a pseudonym when commenting. Because sometimes using your first name alone can feel too personal.

Honoring your soul is a key to happiness.

But What Helps You to Express Your Soul?

Many specialties of Energy Spirituality can jump-start your soulful living. If you’re familiar with this blog, or you’ve had many personal sessions, some ideas might spring to mind immediately.

Share your wealth of info, Blog-Buddies. Also, what if you you’re not sure what I mean by expressing your soul? Does that require being “born again” into an Evangelical religion, so that God will take care of your soul for all eternity? Ask, ask, ask.

Also, ask about what YOU can do for your own sweet soul. Ask or share your experiences. Either way, COMMENT below.

If You Stifled Your Soul All Day, Don’t Expect Good Sleep or Dreaming

By contrast, good news: You’ll sleep and dream better if you’ve honored your soul all day long. Meaning what?

You do many things that bring you joy. When you have chores to do, you can find relatively enjoyable ways to do them.

UH-OH !

Have you noticed? Our society is rife with misguided ways that people “express themselves” or “start over.” Cliches like these.

  1. To feel good about yourself, must you break up with your partner?
  2. To feel good about yourself, must you quit your job?
  3. To feel good about yourself, must you buy yourself a bright red convertible?

I don’t think so. Do you?

By all means, COMMENT below about cliches of independence that you see people doing these days. Now think about the unique soul expression that each person has, deep inside. How much long-term “soul satisfaction” does it bring, doing the midlife “independence” thing, etc.? If this has worked for you, do tell. If it hasn’t, boldly share that, too.

Expressing Your Soul Is Like Taking Your Most Essential Vitamin

If you’ve ignored your soul’s choices all day long, your inner self may keep you from going to sleep for the night. How come? Being you that day can feel unbearable, deep down.

In my view, your inner self may stall your falling asleep until you get that essential business done. As I’ve learned from facilitating sessions of Soul Thrill® Aura Research. As well as other Energy Spirituality skills that help a person to live with soul . . . .

Think about it. Suppose that you haven’t included enough soul expression during your day or evening. Why wouldn’t this make it harder to fall asleep for the night. Ironically, though, expressing your soul is pretty impossible to do while you’re lying in bed. Quality soul expression is done while you’re awake, not semi-snoozing.

One TIP to Remedy the Lack of Soul Expression

Whew! How can you wake up the life within your life? There’s plenty you can do on your own. Starting today, if you wish.

Spend at least a little of your day doing creative activities. And not just doing them in your head. Engage your body, your senses, your voice — human you.

Each and every day, do a couple of different creative activities. Not all at one time, either. A couple of times every day, break up your routine activities by using some of your magnificent creativity.

But how? By singing or dancing. By coloring in the dopiest coloring book you can buy.

Play All Day Long

Unlike a toddler, your lifestyle doesn’t encourage playing for most of your waking hours.  However, as an adult you can improvise inconspicuous ways to play.

  • Like experimenting with different ways you carry your laundry to the washing machine.
  • Or a melody you hum while you fold your clean shirts.

Am I recommending that you constantly multi-task, entertaining yourself? Definitely not.

Am I recommending that you detach from whatever you’re doing, constantly making up exciting stories in your head? Definitely not.

How about ignoring real-life people you meet. Because they’re just “so basic.” Besides, they haven’t done enough “beauty work” to look like the flawless-ageless stars on TV.

Ha! I bet you can guess my answer about how helpful any of this will be for living. Or spending your waking hours. Or using your human ability to sleep and dream.

Your Best Way to Feel Good Whether Awake or Dreaming or Sleeping

If you don’t know much about consciousness lifestyles, this Energy Spirituality can teach you a lot. Funnily enough, a good consciousness lifestyle can help you whether you’re awake or dreaming or sleeping.

In the simple language of TIPS: Value your life as a human. Walk that talk and you can develop a self-actualizing consciousness lifestyle. Then you’ll find it easier to carry out all the tips in today’s blogpost.

In Conclusion

Here are some sleep-and-dream related questions you might wish to answer for yourself.

#3. Energy Talk — many people today do that constantly. It’s so much cooler . . . they think. But how could participating in Energy Talk make it harder for you to have good sleep and dreaming? Why would doing Human Talk, rather than Energy Talk, serve you better?

#4. Drinking alcohol! Is that your special sauce for good sleep and dreaming? Do you know about the new problems that arise from beer or wine, etc., now that we’re all living in the Age of Awakening?

#5. A little-known development within Energy Spiritality is a healing centerpiece called Awakening Wholeness.

I’m not seeking a trademark for this one. (Aren’t 11 trademarks enough by now? I think so.)

Awakening Wholeness makes it possible to permanently change seriously limiting ideas about yourself, subconsciously held. These ideas are a consciousness byproduct of very upsetting experiences you have gone through.

To be clear, this skill is one I would choose to facilitate for you. Not one you order up like a cheeseburger at some fast food restaurant. Like other skills of Energy Healing that are possible in a session, guess what? The Energy Spirituality Practitioner cocreates that choice for a client. In general, I only facilitate the advanced specialty of Awakening Wholeness for clients who have already had the benefit of many beginner’s sessions with me.

That said, Awakening Wholeness does remove clutter from subconsciously stored life experiences. This energy healing skill supplements what you can do for yourself. (Maybe look back at Tip #2. Remember this topic? How you can avoid cluttering yourself up subconsciously through dubious choices of  “entertainment.”)
